Our LMS system is provided FREE OF CHARGE regardless of the number of courses you purchase or the number of users.

YES! Bespoke bundles can be created to suit your requirements. You can swap out any course on our bundle deals during the checkout process.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Each bundle can only be allocated to one learner.
2. It is not possible to share bundled courses between multiple learners.
3. The bundle deal offer excludes IOSH courses.

Group managers access the reports section via their dashboard

1. When looking at My Learners click filters and select the filters that you would like to view
2. To download the report click Actions-Download. The report can be downloaded as an excel (csv) file. ( a pdf version will be available soon)

YES! Group managers can access the users certificates

1. Click MY Learners.
2. Select a learner and expand the box by clicking the + sign next to the learner's name.
3. All completed certificates will be shown
4. Click the certificate to download

All of our courses are designed to satisfy training requirements of organisations such as the HSE, CHAS, SafeContractor, ConstructionLine, Exor and other SSIP registrations.

The courses are accredited by one of the following: IOSH, ConCEST, IATP oand RoSPA.

A downloadable certificate, displaying the accreditation body's logo is automatically provided on successful completion of the course assessment.

In addition Commodious is registered to the International Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001. Which means that all of our courses and services are covered by this quality standard.

1. In addition at any time a manager can request a transcript of the results on one of their learners or their own test results.

When going through the purchasing process you will be asked to login or register, once you have logged in or registered you can then purchase the course.

Add learner

Once the learner is created, click assign next to your learners name.

Learners should login using the username and password that you have created for them.

When creating a learner you can ‘add to group’ here you can type a group name either existing or new and it will create the new group.

There is no expiry dates on the certificates because there is no formally recognised period of validity for health and safety training.

The HSE web site states that refresher training should be carried out whenever it is felt necessary (for example a change in working condition, the introduction of new equipment, staff or working practices or when it is felt necessary to undertake refresher training).

Many local authorities and large building contractors are now insisting that Asbestos Awareness is carried out annually. Also, many registration bodies such as CHAS, SafeContractor, ConstructionLine and other members of the SSiP scheme all recommend that re-training is done every 3 years on all courses.

We would say that every 3 years is good practice and definitely every 5. It really comes down to your own view and who you work for or are contracted to.
