IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Each bundle can only be allocated to one learner.
2. It is not possible to share bundled courses between multiple learners.
3. The bundle deal offer excludes IOSH courses.

Group managers can access the reports section via their dashboard:

1. When looking at My Learners click filters and select the filters that you would like to view
2. To download the report click Actions - Download. The report can be downloaded as an excel (csv) or pdf file. 

YES! Group managers can access the users certificates:

1. Click My Learners.
2. Select a learner and expand the box by clicking the + sign next to the learner's name.
3. All completed certificates will be shown.
4. Click the certificate to download.

All of our courses are designed to satisfy training requirements of organisations such as the HSE, CHAS, SafeContractor, ConstructionLine, Exor and other SSIP registrations.

The courses are accredited by one of the following: IOSH, ConCEST, IATP, IIRSM and RoSPA.

A downloadable certificate, displaying the accreditation body's logo is automatically provided on successful completion of the course assessment.

In addition Commodious is registered to the International Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9001. Which means that all of our courses and services are covered by this quality standard.

On successful completion of the course you can review the questions and answers.

In addition, at any time a group manager can request a transcript of the results of one of their learners or their own test results.

An Add To Cart link is available on each course and bundle page. Once you have selected all required courses, click the Checkout button. You can pay by debit/credit card or via PayPal.

When going through the purchasing process you will be asked to login or register, once you have logged in or registered you can then purchase the course.

Once purchased you will see a box on the receipt page that says ‘what next’.

1. Click assign a course to someone.
2. Add learner.
3. Once the learner is created, click assign next to your learners name.

Learners should login using the username and password that you have created for them.

When creating a learner you can ‘add to group’ here you can type a group name either existing or new and it will create the new group.

1. Log in to your Commodious account.
2. Click on "My Learners."
3. Add learners if you need to.
4. Click on "Assign" on the right hand side of the learner you want to assign the course to.
5. Select the course you want to assign and click "Assign."

2. Click on "My Courses."
3. Click "Start" and then confirm the name on the certificate by clicking "Start" again.
4. The course will launch in your browser.

3. Click "Start" on the course you want to start and then confirm by clicking "Assign & Start."

Our course certificates have no expiry date because there is no formally recognised period of validity for any health and safety training. The HSE recommends refresher training is carried out whenever it is felt necessary.

We would recommend refreshing knowledge as and when legislation or guidance changes applicable to these regulations.
